Returns

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Shipping

All orders will ship within 2-5 business days.

All packages are shipped with tacking and insured for the full value of the order to protect against lost packages during transit.

However, Southern Spade is not responsible for any damage or theft once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

Repairs

Southern Spade stands behind the craftsmanship of every piece. If your jewelry ever needs repair, we are happy to offer repairs at no cost. Shipping to and from Southern Spade is the responsibility of the customer.

Craftsmanship

All Southern Spade pieces are handmade using sterling silver and natural stones. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in texture, shape, and stone appearance are normal and part of the beauty of handmade jewelry.
